During an artist residency in 2019 in south Germany, Tabita Hub got the chance to observe and interact with a nursing home for seniors, who suffer from dementia.
Touched by these fates she asked herself, if there might be a possibility, that this could be her own future. »Martha« is the name of a fictive woman, transforming from a young human being to a shadow of what once was.
This series is about life, youth, age and death. In other words transience.
